I’ve been slacking far too long, and the holidays didn’t help. I didn’t take a catastrophic gain, but enough to say “yeah, time to get back at it.”
So I jumped back on the weight machine tonight. Kept it a little lighter than before to re-adapt; no sense blowing out a knee getting stupid. Actually had a craving for a whey shake afterward. Busted out the chocolate.
Feeling pretty good.
Not so sure that will be the case tomorrow.
