Smoke Blog: Dominique - Take 2

I was so looking forward to a smoke last night. Had a good day and received some good news, and had a nice chat with Joe Bucco about the artwork on issue 3 of Werewolves: Call of the Wild. Unfortunately my second attempt at a Dominique did not live up to the anticipation.
Taste-wise, it was decent at best, with a mild, leathery taste and a charred wood undertone. The draw was fine, but I was not impressed with the construction: the ash fell off easily and when I tipped my head back to puff I sometimes felt small bits of leaf tumbling out of the cut.
I don’t know what these retail for, but I’m kind of glad they showed up for free or I’d have been very disappointed.
