I’m sure that’s what they’ll call it, though I’m sure we could have been worse off. The drifts weren’t as high as what we saw in December, but we definitely got more snow.
The wife took this pic of me on the way in from shoveling. Look at it on Flickr and you’ll be able to see the ice in my goatee, eyelashes, and eyebrows. Our snow’s not as bad as what they’re used to up north or what they’re getting in New York, but it’s about time we got a proper winter in Illinois.
I spent a lot of time shoveling, but it led to two snow days off work which has allowed me to catch up on a few things around here.
Including some writing.
