Okay, a real grill man grills year-round, but that’s not always how it works. With Spring sprung and the weather getting warmer, however, it’s officially the season and time to break out the grill. I just ordered a proper temperature gauge for my charcoal grill/smoker, and while I was at it I downloaded a copy of the Char-Broil Recipe Book which has some simple tips and easy recipes.
Italian sausages go on the grill this weekend, rain or shine.
