Painful Memory Road

Having worked in technology for nine years now, reading PC World’s “20 Most Annoying Tech Products” article was like a long list of flashbacks to spike the blood pressure. Sure, a lot of you probably dealt with these problems at home, but working for a school or an ISP meant I was also the go-to guy for people needing help dealing with said problems. Their headaches became my headaches.

Hopefully more companies will learn from these mistakes instead of perpetuating them.

And then pigs will fly.
