Careful What You Ask For

A group of chiefs from the Manitoba First Nations is demanding compensation for cellular signals passing through tribal lands. They say their air is a resource, just like land and water.

I think they need to be careful what they’re asking for. The cellular beancounters might decide it would be cheaper to build a giant Faraday cage around the tribal lands to block the signals. Or some prick exec may decide to do it out of spite.

“You don’t want our signals? Okay. Here comes the wall. Enjoy.”
