		<description>Sounds like a problem in your power management software, or possibly the BIOS. Go to the manufacturer&#039;s website and see if you can&#039;t get new drivers for power management. You might also want to look and see if they have updated BIOS firmware (this may be a little tougher to install, but if you follow the directions close you should be golden).

Another alternative would be to hit Google and see if anyone else is having the same problem (and if they fixed it).

Laptop has decided, if I disconnect the power cord, to freeze.  If I reconnect, it works again perfectly fine.   Additionally, it works fine sans power cord if I turn it on without.
