I have a wedding to attend and I felt inspired.

Coming up on 16 years. Wow…

I didn’t like the color version, but felt a lot better about the black and white. I shot this in macro mode using the 18-55mm kit lens. Some day I might snag a real macro lens, but for now this does the job. The other shots using various zooms were decent, I just happened to like the macro-mode shot the best. Othewise I don’t see a great advantage using the macro preset versus doing it all by hand in, say, Av mode.

This is Week 26, so I’m halfway through and going strong. Not too shabby.
